At 5pm when I heard nothing, I called the store and they said it'll be delivered by 7 pm. This has been a huge inconvenience for me and my family yet no one at rent a center seemed to care. The only reason I give 3 stars is because of the 3 people that helped me in the store, if not for them, it would have been 1 star. So disappointed with the way this has been handled, or hasn't...
