  Receptionist, nurses and doctor were all nice and kind. But wait time was ridiculous. Since my husband was a new patient, we arrived there 30 minutes before our appt time (10am) to do the paperwork. By the we were done with our paperwork it was around 9:50. Then we sat in the waiting area and waited. By the time the nurse called us it was around 11:20am. She did the basic stuff every other nurses do (measure height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and ask basic questions). Then we were send back to waiting area again. Then the doctor called us around 12:00pm. He asked why my husband was here today. So we told him that we were there to get vaccinated for school immunization record. So he did basic exam then sent us to other room to get the shot. The nurse asked us another basic questions again before we get the shot. It took about 15 minutes for my husband to get vaccinated and finally we left the building.

  This place is so unprofessional
  
  Its poinless to schedule an appt, they see you an hour or two after. And the personal its so unprofessional. Its like they are trying to play working in a hospital. Its like a circus. Last time a guy in the lab told me straight to my face my hair was horrible and he thought he was being funny to his coworkers, there was an awkward silent in the room, so embarrassing. I was so sad after that. I told my bf what happened and he came back to the lab and yelled at him and made him apologize to me. I've never seen something like this, that guy should've been fired.
