  I have been going here for the last 6 years. The last 4-5 times I went the stylist messed up my hair. I kept going back because I like that they have parking and also can make appointment and show up in like 20 minutes for a quick hair cut.
  
  Today I went to get a haircut and told her I want my hair short like number 5. I did not care if she used scissors or machine. She chose to use the scissors, and cut my hair like maybe 2 centimeter. I told her I want much shorter than that, and she started showing attitude used gel on my hair and said I was done. I told her I want much shorter again and she said I should had told her before she applied the gel (which I did), so she rudely used the machine and went through my hair like a lawn mover.
  
  They will not be getting my business anymore.
