  If it was up to me I would not even give a star. Douglas runs the business HORRIBLY. He is the true definition of a con artist. He is not a man of his word. Douglas does not answer the phone, he is an unreliable man. Horrible experience. Sold me a car that had no brakes. On top of that the second car had problems within 3 months of the purchase. Beware of what you buy and from who you buy it from.
